Earrings came way smaller than expected. Returned them and had to pay for postage with the money I spent. They received the package and tried to make me pay for the rest of the earrings. Thankfully I paid through Klarna and they resolved they issue, getting them to remove the payment as Ana Luisa are money hungry. I wouldn't recommend, unless you're okay with spending double on earrings you could get in H&M.

Misleading rewards program, referral codes don’t work and their support gives you the run around before ending the session without resolution. Customer service was condescending when I let them know this wasn’t working. I like that they use recycled gold but doing one thing right doesn’t give you a pass on everything else.

Rings are not true to size. Expensive returns from uk. I was told they hadn't received my return so I lost £42. Don't buy, the customer service is terrible!

Well i was a fan of ana luisa until recently. I purchased these bold gold hoop earrings. I wore them once for a meeting then when i went to put them on for the second time one of the earrings broke. So that sums of the quality they speak so highly of. I will not be buying anything else from them. No thank you. You have lost me as a customer. Also i contacted them 3 times via email. No reply. They have no good sense of customer service. Ana luisa will not make it far in business, you already breaking major rules my friend. Thanks for nothing and bye!

After trawling the entire site, I found all the jewellery designs to look very cheap and crass. Will look great with Asos branded clothes to cheapen your overall look. The jewellery is made in China. Not elegant at all.

I bought the flower bracelet - Rowena bracelet and to say it's impractically small is an understatement. It shouldn't be that small at the price. How are people even meant to put it on alone? Waste. I returned it.
