My husband bought me some earrings from there, it says 14ct gold plated on recycled silver as I am allergic to anything else. The earrings at the front are plated but the bar that goes into your ear isn't plated! Although it shows as it is on their website! So disappointing!

Ordered necklace gift set on 7th March; received email confirmation of receipt of order and confirmation that it had been shipped! It was a 50th birthday gift. Today is 1st April and according to the tracking system the ordered is now with GB customs having arrived with them 2 days ago from The Netherlands having taken 14 days just to leave New Jersey. When ordering it never stated that the order was coming from USA or that it would take a month to arrive!! When buying from China or India I have received orders in 4 days. Perhaps they could teach the americans what customer service is all about!!!! A geriatric slug is considerably faster than this distribution operation. Although the birthday is passed perhaps this may arrive in time for Easter - although I am not keeping my hopes alive!!! .

Very poor quality necklace. Much, much smaller than the website photos. Not free returns from U.K. Avoid!!!!

I recently placed an order close to $1k. In the past I had placed smaller orders which were received quickly, (within 3 days typically, which for being in Canada, was super fast), I noticed this time the order took more than twice as long (almost 2 weeks). Not the biggest deal, but the worst part and why I will not be ordering from them again, is that when my ordered finally arrived, it wasn't even my order at all!!! I literally received the wrong order. I ordered a total of 10 pieces of jewelry (I got a little carried away by their sale :)). What I received were 2 pieces I didn't order or want (nothing of my order was received)! To make matters even worse, I tried getting in touch with them the day the wrong order was received to at least try to get it resolved before my items sold out. For 5 days all of my emails were ignored. I tried calling the one phone number I found listed. I received an automated message each and every time that the customer I was trying to reach was not available. This is a business, is it not?! Finally I was able to get hold of someone myself thru the chat feature. They did issue a refund but what I wanted was the product (which I'm told they couldn't resend since it was an international order - sounds bogus). I even was getting a 2nd ear piercing for one of the items ordered (which a deposit was required for). The whole thing has been annoying albeit first world problems. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them anymore. Bummer

They charged with a HORRIBLE currency rate if you ordered internationally, and you will be forced to pay in the foreign currency too. Customer service is useless.

Terrible customer service and sub par product. Not worth the penny.

Very bad quality product. I bought a bracelet and it broke very soon. Also the gold disappeared from the surface of a lot of beads. I definitely advise against buying from Ana Luisa, it’s a fraud.

Des bijoux "carbon free" "climate neutral" qui sont fait en chine, puis envoyés des États Unis à la France, merci le green washing. Des frais de douanes de 28 euros a l'arrivée... ils effacent les commentaires negatifs sur Instagram... Ils ont bien bossé leur marketing, très mal leurs bijoux.
