Ive bought twice a presents from Ana…
Ive bought twice a presents from Ana Luisa for my wife and won’t do it anymore! Absolutely disappointed. The necklace after a year and earrings after 3 months look like rubbish. Shiny top coat disappeared and there are black and brown spots on it. For the price I have paid for it I expected better quality. They did not give me a refund. Honestly do not buy from them.

Wish I had read the reviews
Wish I had read the reviews! I have ordered a few times previously but only non sized goods like earrings and necklaces. Bought a couple of bangles as presents as very pleased in the past with the goods. The bangle is way too small so tried to return it. The bangle cost £27 but the return label will cost me £26.41!!! Do the math as they say! Won’t be buying from this company again.

I wish I had read reviews first
I wish I had read reviews first. The earrings I purchases are so small I cannot close the back to wear them. Tried to exchange them since I am a first time customer and really excited to try their jewelry. I won't be returning and walking away with nothing. I understand policies but this company should consider the customer retention aspect. They don't want my business so I will go elsewhere. I also was not allowed to return them and purchase a new pair.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered online and did not see a currency notation. the product ended up being double the price listed in the add so I instantly emailed to cancel. I got an email back from customer service saying they could not cancel???? if it was later than one hour after the order. Seriously. They then indicated that I could return. Now that the product has arrived I can return it for a $20 fee! So terrible and I will of course, never order from here again and will be writing reviews all over the place to call out this terrible customer service.

Our website is indicated in USD but customers have the option to see the price in their local currency by changing the country settings. If this is not updated, the prices will reflect your local currency at checkout which is why the prices appeared to have doubled in CAD. As a one-time exception, we've gone ahead and waived the return costs and issued a refund of 20 CAD. We kindly ask that you return the package at your earliest convenience. Same problem here. No communication
Same problem here. Returned goods to ana luisa Germany which I cancelled within 24 hours. Ordered and cancelled all in the weekend. They let me pay returning costs and NO replies to all my mails i've sent to them. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Today i'm 6 weeks further and still no email....

Hi I bought 2pait of earrings but I had to return them .I purchased them on the 15 Aug 22, and sent them back ,I have tried to contact them by email for my refund numerous times but I have received nothing , I spent £110 and £13 postage ,registered Royal Mail ,proof of postage , that is a lot of money with nothing to show for it , can anyone help,,

two pair of earrings returned now no response.
I bought two pair of earrings from Analuisa , they were too small, so I sent them back by Registered Royal Mail , I have sent two messages but I have not heard a word from them , they bombard you with emails to buy , and when I did no response from them , I am waiting for a response . The postage is not cheap either way so I would like my purchase money back .

Long delays, zero customer support
If you want to wait a month for tracking (they call this “standard”) and have zero customer support then order here. If your package goes missing or you have any issues, expect to be completely ignored by the Ana Luisa team. Not worth the hassle, there are much better companies out there.
