Très très déçu. On voit tout le monde en parler. J'ai commandé 2 collier en argent soit disant résistant à l'eau qui te dégueulasse pas notre peau et bah merci a vous Ana Luisa mais niveau qualité du Bijou c'est vraiment se moquer des gens ! J'ai le coup devenu tout noir car j'ai bien-sûr pris ma douche avec et bien ça a commencé à noircir au bout de 3 douches . Alors que j'en ai des bijoux de marque moins connue en plaqué or , en argent et j'ai jamais eu ce problème. C'est dommage car les bijoux sont beaux mais si vous transpirer ou vous prenez votre douche vous allez avoir de belles marques bien dégueulasse !! Donc ça sera la dernière fois que je commenderais chez eux alors que niveau prix c'est pas rien !! Donc on aurait aimé que la qualité du Bijou y soit présent ! Sinon j'aurais choisi du toc ça aurait été la même !!!!! Donc ne commandé pas chez eux , et très déçu de ma youtubeuse Megan Morgan qui adore en faire des caisses pour cette marque en disant qu'elle ne commande que chez eux que la qualité est top et qu'elle se lave avec et noirci pas !! Non mais lol !!! On y repassera !!! Et aussi la fameuse youtubeuse victoria Charlton !! J'ai réussi à me faire manipuler car je les suis depuis un bon moment bah ne les écouter pas!!!!!

I've purchased 3 items from this brand back in 2021 and 2 of the pieces (Angel wing necklace + Scarlett double hoop earrings) have had issues with tarnishing about a year and a half in. I had sent them the photos which CLEARLY showed the discolouration. I was unaware of the 2-year warranty and had contacted customer support 10 days after the warranty had expired and was only given a discount of 25%. Ana Luisa claims their jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-free which was the main reason why I had purchased the jewelry. This is disappointing as I love their jewelry and would like to continue supporting them, but this experience was poor.

I purchased the Modern Duo Bundle as a birthday present for a friend. Within 3 months, the Harry bracelet in this duo has broken twice. The original and the replacement snapped randomly, due to the extremely thin chain. I then spoke to customer service about either getting a replacement, or getting an alternative bracelet of a similar value. I was told only a replacement or a refund would be possible. I requested a refund for the half of the bundle, and asked how much that would be, but instead of giving me any information and ignoring my question, I was sent just one third of the price I paid. I had been sent a partial refund with no explanation until after receiving the money, that taxes and customs is part of the price that you do not receive back. Now this birthday present is worth less than originally thought, and I have a bad taste in my mouth. I had planned on buying a different bracelet from Ana Luisa to replace the broken bracelets for my friend, but I am so disappointed in the company and the quality of the jewellery, and I feel shortchanged.

Made a purchase over an year ago. 2 out of the 5 items started to fall apart after only wearing it on special occasions❗️Necklace broke and parts of the hoop earings fall off after barely wearing it. Contacted the customer service for them to reject my replacement request, just because it was purchase before they introduced the 2 years warranty. Disappointing customer service and poor quality jewellery. Will not purchase again. Don't fall for the 2 year warranty guarantee ⚠️ the quality is so poor.

I only wanted to order one pair of earrings. Tho there is upsell after my payment to try to let me add more to the order, I click "no thanks". However, still another pair of earring is added to my order in the end. The website is so buggy and extremely slow. Maybe spend less money on marketing and more money on actually fixing the system and not fool people by upselling. It will destroy brand trust. Never buying again and not going to recommend to others.
