AMS Fireplace Inc.Reviews of amsfireplace.com

It was easy to order online. I had several contacts to insure that the doors I ordered would fit and function properly. The craftsmanship is exceptional!

I was so happy to find your website! We had a backordered component that would have held up the completion of our project. We had already waited 8 weeks for the component and were being told that it would be at least another 6 weeks. You had it in stock and it was delivered within a week. You will know be our distributor of choice for further purchases.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble.

After much research on fire pits. I found this one on Amazon. Saw the name and went directly to the website. It was 100.00 cheaper. These fire pits are hard to find. I’ve wanted one for many years. I ordered it on the website and it literally was delivered to my home in less than one week. That’s amazing to considering how long it can take when ordering a large item online and waiting and waiting for it to show up. I opened the box. It was perfect. Not a thing wrong. Heavy for sure which is what I wanted. I didn’t use the lava rock that came with it. I used a diamond glass 1/2 inch glass and it’s perfect. I highly recommend this firepit. Customer service called me to verify I wanted a natural gas vs LP. A young man named Bryan was very pleasant and promised my item would be on its way in 24/48 hours.

Easy to order, and extremely helpful customer service when I had a question about my order. They even got up and walked to verify something on the box to make sure I was getting the right product. Very positive experience.

Great product
