AMS Firepit provided responsive and professional service from ordering through delivery of the materials. Staff also answered all pre-order questions fully allowing me to make an informed judgment on the quantity of the materials ordered. This alone saved me considerable money in placing the final order.

We absolutely love our firepit! After contacting local outfits and getting quotes starting at $7k we decided to go with AMS and couldn't be more happy. It was very well packaged, arrived in excellent condition and took minutes to set up and begin enjoying.

They stayed on top of my order and it got here on time as promised.

I purchased the 36 inch square AMS Fireplace Albany natural color pewter finish square Fire Pit Table made from glass fiber reinforced concrete and it looks terrific. It's like having a high-end resort at your house. With 65,000 Btu of heat output there is plenty of warmth. The included glass windscreen was easy to assemble and adds to the look and flame stability. This is a high quality product that was shipped by freight to our door in just a week.

Excellent fire pit.

We shopped for a long time to fine the perfect fire bowl for our small backyard space. Once we decided on the Moderno 3 Fire Bowl, I researched various sellers online and decided to call AMS Fireplace. The person I spoke with was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She made sure to explain that the purchase required a special order from the manufacturer and was up front about the expected delivery time. We ended up receiving it a few days early and it arrived in perfect condition! The delivery company carefully placed it in our garage for us as we requested and made sure we looked everything over. SO happy with our purchase and highly recommend AMS!

AMS staff truly are experts in their craft. They know what they are talking about and educated me on so many details when buying a fire table!
