Our experience has unfortunately been marked by several delays and ongoing miscommunication that have impacted the overall outcome and timeline. Despite initial expectations and agreed-upon deadlines, progress has repeatedly stalled without clear updates or proactive communication. This has created unnecessary confusion and required repeated follow-ups to obtain basic information or next steps. Clear, consistent communication is essential to building trust and maintaining momentum, and unfortunately that standard was not met here. We hope that moving forward, there will be more transparent updates, timely responses, and a stronger commitment to meeting agreed-upon timelines.

I am still in absolute shock that I have this little device in my apartment. It feels like I have an entire gym in my apartment. I absolutely love it. I use it every single day and it makes me feel strong and powerful! Thank you AMP fitness!!! This little machine is amazing!!!!!

Thank you for seamless installation experience. The machine is amazing. It saves me time compared to Gym equipment. No time lost between sets, no weight changes, and no travel to gym. Your app is amazing. It keeps on showing the exercise video however, starts counting when I actually a start the set. There is no need to sync with the video. That’s Smart programming!! You have grouped exercises based on purpose and it allows me to creat my custom workout. The app remembers my strengths and adjusts accordingly for various routines. Hardly takes any space in my home and looks very inviting!!

Just before installation I received a box with an accessory 'rack' which was to be installed under the shelf of the unit. When the installers came on site they would only install the unit and NOT the rack because they said it didnt come in their box. Now I have a useless rack that I cannot install.
