Disappointed as the print was not as bold as what it was seen on their website. And yes they send me the proof but proof is not actually showing how blurry or how the print will really look at the actual piece. Will definitely not order again.

The product was great --- the couple loved it. The only thing that scared me was when the package arrived, it was dented on the top of the box and there was a "handle with care" sticker on it. It was right over where the printing was-- thankfully - the print was ok.

Final product looked great, and I was kept in the loop the entire time by being sent a proof for review/approval and then an email letting me know shipping details/tracking.
