The item is beautiful- but it is sooo small. The pictures are misleading. Perhaps it is my mistake for not catching the small dimensions. I recommend trying to make that more clear in the future

Great product and fast shipping

The number of advertising emails is a little excessive, especially when I haven't received my initial order yet. Getting the proofs in email was confusing as I received a text about having received them when I hadn't yet. I'm still hopeful the finished product will be impressive but the communication has been challenging.

First I found the experience of picking the song, frame and name and date of my son's wedding for the print to be easy. When it arrived, (slightly after their anniversary, I didn't think it would take as long) it was a big success. They liked it!!!
