I was looking online for a anniversary gift and came across there and. I sat and read reviews and browsed through there available products. Product looked wonderful and I decided to purchase. The advertisement stated, " if you order today, you'll receive by June 16th". It also said, " today you also receive rushed shipping ". I thought that's perfect because my anniversary is on the 17th. I picked out my selection and placed my order. I ordered on June 11th, and today is June 28th and I still have not received my order. I have emailed several times and only get a robo response. Had the advertisement stated to allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, that would be different. I could have chosen another company or made an upfront decision to not receive the product for several weeks AFTER my anniversary. This companies customer service SUCKS and don't expect to receive your purchase as promised in advertisement. I will say that the product itself looks wonderful and I'm sure I'll be satisfied with the order. It's the deception, lies, and pathetic customer service I'm complaining about!!!!!!!

Customer service is absolutely awful. I did not like the proof of the image sent. Which was very expensive. When I asked for a refund, they sent me email after email after email of anything and everything except giving me a refund. I am still going back and forth through email with them with no luck. And their music notes aren’t even the correct notes for your song. It’s all the same notes for every photo! If I could give zero stars I would.

After I placed my order the money was quickly taken out of my account. The timeline for just getting the proof had come and gone. When I asked when I would receive the proof the answer was “ the next day”. Since then I have nothing , a week later I get the same computer generated response “ our editors are working on your order “. I have asked 3 times that money be refunded and each time I get the same answer. I have tried to call but their lines are either disconnected or they just refuse to pick up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 1

I wish I could post photos. My husband provided this company our favorite wedding photo to put on canvas and frame. What we got were a picture of two strangers who didn’t even have the same color hair, style, clothing, or pose on a plain white canvas glued crookedly into a frame. This is after numerous emails attempting to get them closer to the original picture provided. The hideousness of the “art” they mailed us cannot be described. There was no attempt in any way to deliver anything close to the example provided and if they couldn’t do it, they did not communicate this.
