I ran across this ad on Facebook. I had been looking for something like this for a while. Delivery was promised by Christmas Day. I wasn't worried about delivery date as this was not a gift. I was super excited when it arrived. Loved the product the second I got it out of the box. Hung it up the next day and it is exactly what I had been looking for! And it looks awesome in our bedroom. My husband absolutely loves it also!

Canvas size, the actual canvas itself, the background chosen, and what I chose to have printed was amazing. We loved it! ❤️ Delivery was on time. Thank you for everything.

Amourprints delivered exactly what they advertised. My girlfriend absolutely loves the print. Amourprints took the time to customize the print for me and were very communicative throughout the entire process. Thank you Amourprints for the beautiful product you delivered!

Easy ordering, great quality of finished product. Very personalized.

Same shipping issue as others, I ordered on December 11th with "guaranteed" shippimg before Christmas. I received a notification from FedEx for 2 day shipping then it sat with no tracking number over a week. I emailed them on the 27th of December asking for a tracking number or I would be requesting a charge back through my bank and was given a UPS tracking number. This was the first and the last time I will be purchasing anything from amourprints, we will see if even receive what was ordered

What a joke. Same experience as other purchaser. Communication is poor. Says shipped and provided tracking # but shipper company has yet to receive it. They have not responded since I said I was asking for a refund because the GUARANTEED delivery before christmas has come and gone. Had my bank refund me and they are handling it. AWFUL

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I made a purchase Dec 11,2022 was sent a proof on Dec 13,2022. Then it was sent to production. I was told it was shipped then no it was in production, this happened at least 3 times. They gave me a UPS tracking number and UPS to this day says to contact the sender to drop off or get it picked up, UPS has not received the package. I called several times, which was the same it was shipped and promised it would be delivered by Christmas. I have about 40 emails of communication from which some of the replies made no sense because they didn’t have anything to do with my situation. So customer service is a joke. None of them are on the same page. Today is December 23,2022 and still no progress. UPS doesn’t have the package. The most frustrating part is the miscommunication and deception I’ve been through and to top it off I don’t have a gift for my husband.

From the very start i was impressed. Upon ordering, the very next day a proof of the product I ordered was sent. After the confirming production started. There was a bit of a mishap as to whether or not the product was shipped or still being produced, but they were communicative the entire time and made sure that my gift received expedited shipping in order to get here for the holiday. Overall, good and trustworthy company, would order from again.
