The experience, from start to finish. The web site is easy to locate what you want, order, and pay. Kristi was great at keeping me informed as to the progress and adapting to the changes I need to make. Made it here before Christmas. My spouse was thrilled to receive it and knew the song immediately 😊. I will have some more made in the future.

I found Amourprints on Facebook. I had been thinking about ordering a canvas for my husband to put over our bed. On December 7th I placed the order and approved the proof on December 8th. Production was to be about 2-5 business days and delivery was guaranteed before Christmas. The communication was great until a day before Christmas Eve. I was stressed because by my calculations the canvas should have arrived to my work address by the Thursday before Christmas. I had the same experience as the other two customers. It kept saying that UPS didn’t have the package. I was now getting frustrated and worried because my office was going to be closed on Friday the 23rd. I tried to change the delivery address. The company said I had to call UPS and when I called them they said the company had to call them to make the change. I truly got the runaround for about two days. The package finally shipped late Thursday night and it was out for delivery to my office that was closed. I was a nervous wreck tracking the package to see when it got delivered so I could jump in my car to go get it. It was delivered and I was able to come get it before anyone could take it. So while the product is certainly amazing and looks wonderful over our bed, the delivery experience was not great. Something to work on or maybe use a different carrier. UPS was NOT helpful and did not really care that the were leaving a package at a closed location. However, if I ever need another canvas, I would order again.

Amourprints was hands down one of the BEST gifts I’ve ever purchased. It came out absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend it to anyone!!! I bought a custom canvas for my wife!! She absolutely loved it. It brought tears to her eyes! I truly recommend this company, the communication they provide is second to none. They are courteus and very professional. This company provides great turnaround times. Less than 2 weeks. Would I order again? Without a doubt!!

I ordered two of these prints...one for each daughter. When received, their quality was wonderful and so lovely! Both of them enjoy it so. What a wonderful way to share their special day and song! Customer service was wonderful and very appreciated. Quick and easy!

I absolutely LOVE the products and quality from amourprints! Music is powerful, and the songs we choose for special occasions are even more so. I got my husband a print of our first dance song for our anniversary a few years ago, and we love it. My niece just got married in November, and we got a print made for the newlyweds as a first Christmas gift. They were over the moon with it! The service is amazing with personal communication and the ability to preview, and the turnaround time is fantastic- even during the holidays! Highly recommend!!!
