Our customers' satisfaction is important to us, and we work to address each concern carefully. While we know we could not satisfy everyone, we always strive at the core of our professional values to provide quality oriental fragrances for anyone who enjoys niche scents of an eastern origin that have a personal touch. I am sorry that some people upset you by expressing a provoking comment about whom the scent may represent. We believe all fragrance genres are great in suiting various personalities and choices. Although we are always happy to get orders from younger people, our products are not aiming directly at teenagers and young adults. We try to convey this via our product description, website designs, and photo selection. As we are an oriental perfume shop, the scents we offer tend to have spicy, warm, and musky notes, which in return makes this niche different from its counterpart as they hold complex and bold accords to their essences. This is conveyed as maturity and masculinity. The Men's Perfumes Sample Kit you ordered allows you to try our oriental masculine scents before committing to the original product full-size product. The scents we offer are not ludic nor soft as they blended around Oud, which gives them earthy and woody hints. By shopping on our website and have gone through the process of purchasing, I wonder what sort of scent you had in mind for our oriental perfumes?
