I see you placed an order with us on April 25 2021. We shipped your package within 3 days on April 28th as we work diligently to ship orders as soon as possible. Your order was shipped with the United States Postal Service USPS. The shipping method you selected (USPS - Priority Mail International Shipping) usually takes time to deliver because it is NOT considered as Express Shipping. USPS offers express shipping for a higher cost and it does deliver faster according to their website information. Unfortunately, the moment we hand your package to USPS there is nothing more we can do regarding the shipment delivery. I'd like to emphasize that after packages get picked up by the shipping company, we don't have control over how long it may take in transit as this completely depends on the selection of shipping methods and the shipping provider. Each customer chooses the shipping method that suits their needs. Some shipping methods are express and do deliver in shorter time, therefore, their costs are higher.
