The scent is very weak. I thought it would be more louder but its smells weaker than most of the other dupes I got which are less expensive.

This company is great when things go smoothly but as soon as something goes wrongly or you need questions answered, that’s when the customer service lacks. I constantly have to call for updates to my questions when they tell me they will get back to me. In addition, a majority of my fragrance orders have been spot on. This time however, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of my fragrance.

I bought an Amir Oud fragrance from this store. Gorgeous bottle, rich warm scent, and feels more high-end than expected. A solid 3-star pick.

im giving 3 stars for customer service. they responded quickly, but after receiving a "corrected" order, i realize their black oud no longer smells like the first few times i ordered. no rose, less actual oud. buyer beware 😠

3 orders and 3 wrong products over $300 ... first 2 times they did nothing about it ...i was stuck with their incompetence, this time they sent a replacement. Won't purchase again . Having to purchase drom ETSY now Have never recieved such non caring / non empathetic customer service in my 48 yrs of life . I kept trying because the scent was divine ..my daughter passed and I needed all the healing I could get and was our favorite....beyond disappointed.

A sample cologne in the package contaminated the Oud. It’s all I can smell. The Oud quality is not the best I ever had. It doesn’t smell as good as it looks.

Customer service was GREAT! It arrived in a timely manner and I was kept apprised the entire time. I'm new to Oud, and frankly, I'm not sure what this is supposed to smell like, but it smells like really strong fresh-mowed hay. I don't smell ANY of the fragrance notes that are supposed to be in there. VERY green, so I'm certain it was a fresh batch. I'm told that if I allow oxygen in the container and let it sit, it will mature over time...but that may take over a year.

I have had better!
