Customer service was GREAT! It arrived in a timely manner and I was kept apprised the entire time. I'm new to Oud, and frankly, I'm not sure what this is supposed to smell like, but it smells like really strong fresh-mowed hay. I don't smell ANY of the fragrance notes that are supposed to be in there. VERY green, so I'm certain it was a fresh batch. I'm told that if I allow oxygen in the container and let it sit, it will mature over time...but that may take over a year.

I love this company so much the amount of attention to detail is so important to me and they always come through lovely fragrances quite unlike anything else you will ever experience.
