mostly good company, fair prices, some good drivers some not good, claims horrible for drivers dammage now 29 days 5 hrs on phone 3 reports 10 emails photos of only 2 tire tracks day of amazon delievery mine and track of tire size of amazon vechiel according to boarder patrol trained trackeryet they want to denyafter sitting on claim for 29 days-numerious promises to call back in 24 hrs all lies.

No help when third party sellers. We bought car part from third-party China seller. Part was nothing like picture. Agreed to return but then provides fake return label, showing our address. Agreed second time to accept return, but then provides return label in Chinese, requiring postage. Amazon says since third party, they can do nothing. Be wary of non-amazon fulfilled items.

There is Amazon in Greece but it's nasty.... If you manage to log in to your account, most products do not deliver here, and the annoying thing is that the system keeps asking you to change your address to a local one....??? Not mention the fact that i have been locked out of my account for years now and their customer services only do business over the phone.! So i am supposed to be awake in the middle of the night and pay a small fortune on the phone.billl..... Medieval MUCH....

I ordered a window air conditioner from Amazon and they told me that I didn't have enough credit on my store card, I made a payment and the customer service rep said it would take 2 days to go through and then I could try again to order the item. I went on line that day and found a better deal for less money, I ordered the better deal. 2 hours after I made a payment Amazon said the ac unit was on its way. They wouldn't let me cancel the order no matter who I called! It's supposed to arrive today in the middle of a rain storm we're having and I'm going to have to take it to the ups store down the road and it weighs 135 pounds! Now it'll take 30 days to get my account straight! I thought it was just the USA Amazon that was messed up now I see it's a worldwide problem! Sad!
