They can never deliver anything by the promised date. So it time to order product after product and return them.

My second review; From a company that was customer centric to a company that preys on customer and the delivery guys; When you are shopping - they will show you - DECEPTIVELY - a particular delivery date but the time you go to checkout, it would have already changed, and if you are not careful - you might miss deadlines, especially when your business depends on it; That is not even the worst part, as they figured out that customers are paying attention to the 'changed timeline' and adjusting their orders, now they are doing something else - now they will show you 'tomorrow 7 am to 11 am' and order will go through - and the order will NOT arrive, instead, it will be delayed by 2 whole days! two who Fing days; IF it was a mom-pop shop, it is completely understandable, Amazon is NOT. I am not asking them to set crazy timelines - just honest ones!

Amazon heeft mij opnieuw laten zien hoe ver je kunt komen met pure chaos en nul verantwoordelijkheid. Bestellingen verdwijnen, worden “bezorgd” op locaties waar ik nog nooit ben geweest, en de tracking lijkt geschreven door iemand die het concept tijd en ruimte vooral theoretisch kent. Klantenservice? Ja hoor, die bestaat — maar vooral om standaardzinnetjes op te lepelen en je te vertellen dat je geduld moet hebben terwijl je pakket waarschijnlijk een wereldreis maakt zonder jou. Het is bijna knap hoe consequent ze elke vorm van oplossing weten te vermijden. Als je houdt van verrassingen, frustratie en een bezorgervaring die voelt alsof je een loterij speelt die je nooit wint, dan is Amazon de perfecte keuze. Voor iedereen die gewoon een bestelling wil ontvangen: sterkte.

I have waited nearly 2 weeks for a refund. I have tracking proof item was returned and received by Amazon, but they still told me to wait additionally and will not process my refund. Totally unacceptable. I used to be a Prime Member and got refund same day. Service has become deplorable. I deleted Prime Membership because even though I was paying service was the same. And although Amazon says they will process this refund, each time I call back they provoke by saying they will not process, keep waiting and call again and again. so disgusting and worst customer service out of the Philippines.

When shopping on Amazon I notice that they always look to get customers attention by adding immoral content. They try to appeal to peoples lust and animalistic side. For example, why would you advertise a wired shelving unit with a woman standing next to it. What does a women have to do with shelving? Answer they are trying to appeal to your animalistic side so you look at the product. They don't care that the world is becoming depraved and perverted. All they care about is money and power. Jeff Bezos G-D will hold you accountable. It's time to shape up your website.

THEIR AMAZON DRIVER DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW HARD IS IT TO LOOK AT THE ADDRESS AND MAKE SURE THE PACKAGE IS BEING DELIEVERED TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS, ITS NOT THAT HARD, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE ACTION CAN BE TAKEN!!!

Amazon is now displaying only a handful of reviews (e.g., 6) and none of them are the 3, 2 or 1 star! You need to click on "send me more" and the message I got back was "you will receive within 5 days." (!!!) I am NOT a Prime member, and additionally when I was looking at travel pillows, they actually had a lower price only for Prime members! The quality of their products is so variable and I wind up returning about half. Out of curiosity, I looked up A's price for a Primula mini French press, after I purchased it at a Kroger store for $18 - it was $30 on Amazon! Alas, so many brick &mortar stores have closed in my part of Portland, OR. I've always had ambivalent feelings about shopping Amazon, but with these review changes, they have lost a lot of credibility in my estimation.

Why do Amazon drivers who are delivering parcels say that the items were delivered and handed to resident when this is a pack of lies ? Stating on the Amazon email items delivered but they were not delivered to this address. All customer service say on line is to wait 48 hours to see if the items get delivered but they should be delivered when the email says. Will think twice before using Amazon again to shop ?
