The parcel was dumped on our doorstep
The parcel was dumped on our doorstep Fortunately we were as they knocked on the door n ran away I hurried after the driver and asked why he’d dumped the parcel on the doorstep n not handed it to me. He said the instructions we had given was”leave on doorstep or in porch” We don’t have a porch n would never have given instructions to leave on the doorstep. Not that stupid He said he’d had many identical complaints like mine today. So is that trying to sidestep matters or a technical glitch Whatever… its bad service n does not constitute legal delivery I think they switch all instructions to doorstep so they can avoid liability if the item is stolen
