My pool store doesn't carry Winterpills for some strange reason. You have to purchase them strictly on line from them. Well, I found AmeriMerc and they have it AND its less expensive here. So I have to save my pennies and get my annual supply from here from now on.

Joe, do you know that I placed my order on the 13th November, that should have been a warning. Oh, yes we will let you know when we will ship it out, it's coming from Kansas said one, no said the other its coming from California. Here we are Joe, one week later and it still has not been been shipped. I do believe that I am very special Joe, because 'they,' who ever 'they' might be are making them just for me - 'they,' who ever 'they' might be just need the time to start making them. What says you Joe? Joe just smiled and took a bite of my sandwich. And the time just kept on ticking away.

Mr. Levitt, I am sorry that you have not received your item. We do our best to ship out everything as soon as we can. We recently (last week) moved our entire operation including warehouse to a new location. Getting everything up and running smoothly has been difficult. I apologize also for any confusion on where the item was to ship from. We did receive the filters in our new warehouse. They came in on a truckload with hundreds of other cartridges. We are sending out this order today and you will have tracking information today as well. Again, I apologize for the confusion and we all sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase.

I ordered a 2 horse pwer pump and motor for my hot tub and you sent the totally wrong 3 horsepower motor which also meant that all of the union connections were wrong as well ! Very disappointing to say the least ! Will be attempting to return the pump/motor for a refund -I will be curious to see how that is handled?

Mr. Herndon, We are aware of your issue with the hot tub pump and we are sorry to hear of the trouble. We very politely asked you to verify what you received in an email. Our response is here: Sir , What you ordered is FMXP2E 56 FRAME 2.0 HP . I need to know what did you receive. Also I need you to email me a picture of the label of the item you received that I could verify that it wasn't your fault. We have yet to hear back from you letting us know exactly what you did receive (part number). This order was shipped from the manufacturer. Without knowledge of what you received it is very difficult to resolve the issue. Please respond so that we may assist you Thank you

Mr. Fitzgibbon, We are truly sorry you had an issue with your order. The last thing we want to do is pass the buck but we feel it warranted to let you know what happened on this order. The order was shipped by a distributor and it seems UPS lost the shipment. We contacted the distributor on the 5th of November to let them know of the loss and to please get another unit out to you. This replacement was shipped on the 5th and delivered on the 7th. We do our best to get items to our customers as quickly as possible. Sometimes lost packages and damages by the shipping company are beyond our control. I do apologize again for any inconvenience this caused you.

Product was well packaged and I used half of it to coat and seal an eight foot wide cement water fountain. Still drying--looks great. The email I received provided a link for tracking shipment status, but it didn't work. Five days after ordering I had to call during working hours to learn anything about when it was to arrive. Expensive paint was discounted and shipping was free--I'm happy with the purchase. It was hard to find anyone local that had it.

I bought this cover to go over the solor blanket and reel to protect them during the winter. It is comparable to the previous winter cover that I had although I paid more for the previous one. This one was a better deal and had same features as higher priced one. I am pleased with this purchase.
