Looked for hot tub filters on line. Many places offered free shipping, bu only for 'qualified products'. Shipping here free, small price for handling. Good communication from vendor re order acceptance, shipping, etc. Would definitely use again.

I received 1 used bag of clips. It was pretty obvious. I guess you realize that I probably wouldn't put through the effort to call and send them back ... hassle. It's disappointing.

Would appreciate a better tracking service (i.e. - a follow-up email after shipment with a tracking number.....with no need to reenter your Website).

Found them on line, they had the best price and best service on the equipment I was searching for. I would definitely recommend them.

Third time I have purchsed from AmeriMerc. Found the filter cartridges on the website, least expensive online, easily purchased via credit card, delivered by UPS, and I quickly installed. No muss no fuss.

I was dismayed with other vendors and their higher than list price on items. I found Amerimerc by searching with Bing. I was instantly surprised with the price and brands they carry. My decision to buy from them required little thought after seeing other vendors supposed deals. I will recommend them to others in need of accessories.
