I ordered two "SOLARPRO XB2 Above Ground Solar Heaters - Item No.: 4527". On their Web-page was a picture with side inlet and outlet for easy connection of multiple units, but they shipped two "Solar Pro Inflatable Solar - Item No.: Sku 2714". Upon my complaint they advised that the item number on Amerimerc has changed and the number you see on your order confirmation is the correct sku number for the product. The items I finally received were of different design, with inlet and outlet on top which make them vulnerable to damage. One unit had already a puncture where the outlet was located, caused in transit by the sharp edges of the poorly manufactured hose connections. The product looked like a cheap replacement made in China. They offered me refund to my account, however they do require the product to be returned back to their facility. As I live in Singapore, the cost of return postage from Singapore to the US would be almost the same as the expected refund. I therefore opted to forego the refund.

We placed an Oder for a pool mesh cover with this company on the 26th of September. We did receive a part of the Oder in a timely manner, however the mesh cover itself was not processed until the 9th of October. We did not receive any communications on the order and when we could expect to receive it until the 11th of October. Such lack of communication makes us hesitant to order from this company again.

I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

After unfolding and adjusting ontop of pool I noticed a dime size HOLE burned through the seem. A very noticeable hole I think would have been seen if inspected. After review of warranty I decided to try to patch the hole. Folding and returning a wet cover I thought to be impractical I decided to take the $80.00 on the chin. I have purchased many covers in the past under the name Andrew Haydak and thought it was a no brainier to do it again.

I had just purchased 2 mesh tarps'(unfortunately made in China). The service from your co. Was very good, but I am very disappointed at the quality of these 2 tarps I purchased. They came with a limited 8 year warranty, but to be honest one good heavy snow and these tarps won't even get through 1 year. The description of the product did not meet my expectations. I am quite disappointed. Sorry, just telling it like it is!

The pool test strips I ordered were dated to expire on Sept. 1, 2013, I received them on Aug. 31!

I ordered the strips in August and received them quickly, however the bottle says they expire at first of October. I will only use one a week until then (about 7) so the remainder (about 40) will go unused. I thought the price was such a great deal -- far cheaper than what I could get at my nearby Leslie's, but at least their's are in date! I will try to return these to Amerimerk and see if they will send me a fresher bottle. Otherwise, I'll ask for my money back.

We ordered 2 cans of paint because it takes 2 cans of paint to paint the pool. It took 13 days for the paint to get here, both are unacceptable. The shipping slip says we ordered on the 26 of June but in fact it was ordered of the 22 of June.
