Product needed was a pool liner. No problem with the quality & cost or shipping. However a contractor was scheduled for installation the following week of the order. I was not advised that the item was out of stock and was backordered. Also it took another 2 weeks after I had to contact your company to inquire on the status of my order. The complaint I have is that I was not notified of the out of stock issue. This error denied me the opportunity to either wait, or cancel, an order the liner from another vendor to expedite installation with the contractor. During the 3 week period waiting for this liner, the weather was clear, warm & dry. Perfect for the install. The day the liner arrived we experienced 3 consecutive days of rain that went thru the weekend. Again this caused more delays for the install.

I just purchased a winter cover and double water bsgs for our pool. on filling the water bags there were 10 of them on 4 of them one seam on each of them were defected and leaked so if I was amerimerc I would check out who I was contracting from.

Outstanding that a human answers the phone. Not great that I was referred to the manufacturer when the winter cover was short.

Monday 8/26/13 1:01 PM Sales #166213 I did receive good service however the product didn't come through with the warranty as advertised. The warranty stated 12 years; the advertised warranty is 15 years. I called on 8/26 and received an email reply from Hisham Abu-Salman with a sales order #215069 requesting the he send a 15 year warranty. As of the current date, 9/9/13, I have not received the correct warranty.

Review the home page and it directed me to the pool cover I needed. The only negative experience was after I accepted the cost and sent to checkout I never received an e-mail acknowledgment that the sale went through. I actually ordered twice and had to cancel when I contacted customer service.

The product line is good and the prices are reasonable. It took a week for the order to be processed and shipped. Just about all internet providers will send the order out the door in 48 hours or less. As far as I know, what I ordered was not backordered. If it was backordered, no one told me; therefore, I assumed that the order would be quickly processed and shipped. First time ordering from this company and I was very disappointed in the service.

They sure promote Free Shipping but never mention the Handling Fee of $7.99 until one is all signed up and ready to order.... Does not make repeat customers.

I called on phone & left a voicemail. I also sent an E-mail with no response from either. I think you need to send an automatic confirmation when sale is completed.
