We purchased our lift chair approximately one year ago. Fairly easily to install. I did have to watch videos and read the instructions as well. There are a few parts of the instructions that did not seem to correlate with the videos and how the installation proceeded. However, I was able to figure it out. We purchased this lift chair for our handicap child who is 17 years old and lost the ability to go up and down stairs approximately one year ago. I did have to modify the chair and add extra seat belts for her stability and comfort. This was fairly easy. The stair lift has been used daily and has held up well. I’ve not had any issues with it. The staff and the company were easy to work with, and we got the chair in a reasonable amount of time and are happy with it.

The chair lift has been a huge plus in our lives. When the battery no longer worked, a new one was sent immediately. We highly recommend this product.

He promptly calls you back and was at our house at the appointed time for instillation. The installation far exceeded my expectation. My father having mobility issues due to bad knees- needed a safer way to get into and out of his house. He not only needed the lift but also a platform with stairs to allow him to gain access to the lift from his back door-this also gives the family the ability to use stairs instead of the lift. The quick turn around service made the experience great! It would be an even better experience and a greater experience if it were made known to customers with this need, that their doctor could provide a prescription that would help them to obtain a stairlift at a more cost effective price.

We purchased a lift for 5 stairs and then one for 9 stairs in my parents’ house. I installed the lifts myself, age 49, handy, in good physical condition. I also did all the measuring before calling to place the order. The only installation issue I had was with the longer 9 stair lift because it required a two piece track and the joining pegs/extruded aluminum joint did not easily press together like in the installation video and took a lot of not so gentle persuading with a mallet. I was careful when pounding the two pieces together that I was not going to damage the extruded aluminum so that it wouldn’t still be able to receive the end plate. The installation videos are excellent; the instructions on paper are just ok. Both lifts have worked fine since installing them (the 5 stair lift for 12 months and the 9 stair lift for 10 months.)

Customer Service rep was polite and very helpful. Technical support was very patient while waiting on me to get the lift apart and help me quickly identify the problem and get a proper solution.
