I checked my tanks a few weeks ago and saw that each of two tanks were about 1/4 full, so I called for a delivery and they wouldn’t deliver any gas to us because we had “too much”! We have automatic delivery mind u and so we kept checking our account on line and our delivery said “pending”. Fast forward to yesterday, we are now almost at zero and still haven’t gotten a delivery! Called again yesterday and they are now saying we will get an emergency delivery. Still haven’t gotten it yet. Btw, we had a similar experience with them last year and they left us with no gas ( so NO HOT WATER ) for a week! They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! I looked into getting another gas company and Amerigas owns the tanks and it’s a mess getter another company. It’s complicated!

I usually don't write reviews, but Amerigas is the worst company that I have worked with. If you want a provider that doesn't respect you, doesn't provide any service, and, in the end, tries to exploit you, you can go with Amerigas. They are terrible! They are unbelievably bad! I would give it a zero if I could

Terrible service! Can't get info as to when my delivery will be made. Still, after an attempt I get an email saying delivery not possible due to problem. I called..no details on problem but it'll be a $99 service fee...on a rented tank!

THEY LIE! 27 DEGREES and no gas!!! I waited 12 days on gas and they never showed up. I went online to see if my order was still there and updated my status to a 0 tank, they put me on expedited delivery 1 day. The next day i called and they said they would be here by the end of the day. Well it is the next day now and no gas. I will not use them again even if they are cheaper!!

Ordered propane, delivery was too be between 11/3 and 11/9. As of 11/18 still a no show. Spoke with customer service on 11/17. Called customer service on 11/18 am. Told me would be on today. 11:00pm still no show. What a crappy company. Can't cook as need to save what I have left for heat. Calling another company in the morning. Hope AmeriGas gets a lesson on customer service.

4 days ago we were not home.they came for safety check. so the close the tank valve . and still after 4 day and 25 times trying call the customer service still we have no propane. by freezing temperatures no heating na hot water.

Horrible customer service. They are still charging us a rental fee on a tank that we had them to pick up almost 6 months ago. We are still waiting on a refund for the unused propane that was in the tank.

If i could get a lower star for this company I would. Dont bother with their resolution process either that is a waste of time. For my new build this company is mot the answer
