Excellent pickup & delivery

Jennifer Sylvester was a great service agent who explained the process and what to expect. Amerifreight and the carrier met their commitments and the car was delivered safely and a few days sooner than expected.

Amanda Pike was very helpful in explaining the process. She answered all my questions and followed up when needed.

Your team did not update the driver for contact information. Driver does not answer the phone when called nor does he receive text messages when he requests them for updated information. AMATEURS! Will NOT use your company again!!

The best towing / vehicle shipping service I have ever used. I had my M3 shipped from Connecticut to California. Jacky was excellent coordinator. She kept me updated every step of the way. Super communication from Algaci, towing rig driver. He sent an elaborate pre-pickup pictures and few stunning pictures during from some states in between. It was one of the pleasant experiences.
