I had the most polite and nicest broker named Harry Davis try and assist. However, he was unable to get the job done. I gave him 10 days to find a carrier to get my car from San Francisco, CA to Irvine, CA and hadn't heard a thing from him a week later. It was odd that when I called and let him know I would have to look for other options, he was suddenly able to find one less than an hour later. That carrier wasn't going to be able to meet my schedule. By the time he found another one a couple of hours later, I had already found a new company to work with. Unfortunate as I really enjoyed him.

I must say overall I'm pretty disappointed. Not only did the cost end up being 36% higher than the original estimate. They tried to pickup the vehicle a day before the confirmed date and then delivered it a day earlier than the delivery date. I asked if they could meet the original delivery date and they said no. I had to change my plans to accommodate the driver. The delivery is not to the assigned address either. The driver made me pick up the car at a nearby Home Depot, which is another 15 mins away from my home and I had to ask my friend to give me a ride. So nothing ended up being what I was told by your company. Overall not a great experience. The customer service or the customer care team's messages are useless. They texted me twice from different numbers to ask for feedback. I provided my feedback and never received a reply. I also emailed their "care team" with a similar message. Again, I've never gotten any reply. It seems that after the business, no one cares what happened.

Not very impressed even though I had high hopes. At first when I called to retrieve my quote of $579 that was obtained online, I was greeted by a nice employee who walked me through the process. I was told that I'd be informed once an available driver was able to transport my car home to me from a different state. It wasn't until the next day that I had finally received confirmation. The lame part now though was that I had to act fast or risk losing the available driver. So I opted in, but now the price had jumped up an additional $200 all of a sudden. I had to pay about $278 up front to book and the remaining $500 upon the arrival of my car. I had no choice, I needed to get my car home, so I paid. Even after the payment, the communication with the driver and his company was very difficult. I tried my best to communicate with the company of my work schedule and to see if I could get a better picture of when to expect the driver. But unfortunately, the team did not speak very much English and so I don't think my words and concerns translated over as expected. I was already at work at 9am and still wasn't given any notice of arrival time except for the notification that it would be today. Then at about 9:30am I receive a text from the driver telling me he would be at my address in about 30 min to an hour. So, I had to ask to leave work to go home to receive my car. It was a very draining process that gave me so much anxiety. I tried getting a partial refund back but was denied. But I never want to transport through Amerifreight again. This was not a fun and worry-free experience. I'm happy my car made it home safely but I would never want to have that kind of scare again! **Update. 1/20/2025 at 7:46pm. Upon reading the response from you guys I am hearing nothing but a lame excuse. I remember asking for sure if the price of $579 would be locked in and was told yes. So, please tell me of the part where I was explained about the possible bait and switch fees? Even when I asked before booking why it jumped $200 extra the employee said "yes, it did come out to be just a bit higher, did you still want to book? I felt cornered. The dealership has already been holding my car for a number of days. You guys lack accountability. Just admit that you used tactics to tie me into doing service with you all.

The over all experience was succesfull. However after completing my move, it had become apparent that someone had unlocked my center console and stolen my Element fire extinguisher. Was an expensive emergency item. Extremely dissapointed. It took an overall great experience and really ruined for it me. Not certain I could recommend to others based on the theft.
