AmeriFreight, Inc.Reviews of amerifreight.net

Amerifrieght made shipping my car across the US super easy. They guided me through the whole process and were incredibly responsive and professional. My car was picked up and dropped off on time, efficiently and without any damages. I would easily recommend working with Amerifrieght to ship a vehicle.

I had a very positive experience working with Amerifreight for transportation of my motorcycle from LA to Connecticut. Excellent communication and the motorcycle arrived more or less on time in good condition.

The service was good, the only thing that I would reccomend is that you notify the customer when the vehicle is picked up and dropped off. I had the car picked up at a shop in Ocal, FL delivered to a shop in Johnson City, TN. For both the pickup and the drop off I called the shops, because no one had let me know

I'm a returning customer with Amerifrieght. This is my second time working with Brandon. He's a very good advocate, provides great customer service and thanks to him I received my car as scheduled. However, the carrier JANA transportation inc was very awful. They tried to deliver my car whenever they wanted and wherever they wanted. I googled them and they have a lot of bad reviews. I appreciate Brandon holding them to the contract.

I’ve used AmeriFreight twice now- in 2021, I shipped my car from NY to CA; this year I shipped it the other way around. They located a carrier who was reliable and easy to work with, pickup and drop off were seamless. This time around, the final price was higher than the original quote- higher than the already anticipated increase- but they were able to negotiate with the driver to save me one hundred dollars, as well as give me fifty dollars off for being a returning customer. Overall, I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone looking to ship their car cross country.

I received great and friendly service. I was very happy with the delivery and had no problems.

Carovan was my contact person at AmeriFreight. She was very reassuring that she and her team would work very hard to find a reliable carrier to transport my vehicle from California to Massachusetts within my tight budget. On the days that she was out of the office I frequently had contact with one of her colleagues. As a result of their efforts my vehicle arrived quickly and safely without any damage. What More Can You Ask For!!

I just had to complete a few details and the representative did everything else! Lisa (AmeriFreight rep) was amazing and found a carrier in just a few days. Plus, the difference between the quote and final cost was only a hundred bucks! The carrier selected picked the car up on-time and delivered it a day earlier than the 3 day window given. Mid-size SUV traveling from FL to CA on an uncovered trailer. No damages on arrival, just dust and debris from the hwy and it all came off at the carwash. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN!!!!
