Communication was very easy and smooth. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and polite. Car was picked up on time and delivered across country quickly. The scheduling of my car pickup felt a bit last minute, but that's no fault of AmeriFreight and is just the nature of shipping your car. I only wish I was told verbally about the direct payment to the driver and expected tip. Payment information was provided in an email, but never explained over the phone. I was also unaware of tipping the driver until he (awkwardly) asked for it and I had to quickly Google how much (10-12% on average). Other than that, I was very happy with my experience with AmeriFreight.

Cristal was prompt with follow up and a great option. The arrangements were prompt and the car pick up and delivery were completed ahead of my expectations. The driver Eddy was courteous, thorough, good communication, and flexible to work out options to pick up and deliver the car without the primary owners being available. Eddy also walked an extra distance at the delivery location due to neighborhood streets being tight.

Working with Robyn who put it together for me. The tremendous driver who delivered my Jeep The fair price. This was not a simple pick up and delivery . I had a Jeep and a matching utility trailer delivered! Plus the pickup was in rural Colorado (in the mountains) and delivered to me in upstate New York. It was great!
