Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer.

They had hard to find pedals and had them sent to me in just a few days! I have other parts on order from other places with no shipping date and no response to my emails! Should have ordered all my parts with ABC!
