All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. VERY HAPPY WITH THE BIKE
VERY HAPPY WITH THE BIKE. EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. THERE WAS A SMALL CHIP ON TOP OF THE HANDLE BARS, BUT OTHER THAN THAT IM VERY HAPPY.

We ordered a replacement rear wheel for…
We ordered a replacement rear wheel for a 3 gear cruiser bike. The wheel came quickly, but after installing it, it did not shift correctly. Contacted the company and they sent another wheel. This one is working fine. They sent a shipment label to return the defective one. Very nice company to work with.

Ordered bike on the 29th
Ordered bike on the 29th. I still haven't recieved the bike. Its November 10th.

Hi William, Yes, we were waiting on this bike to come in as Redline still had not received it from their factory. We were scheduled to ship the bike out last week with upgraded 2-day shipping at no additional charge however our shipping warehouse needed to be evacuated due to the fires here in California. We are back to work today and have sent over the 2-day tracking information as well as issued a partial refund for these inconveniences.
