This was our second time renting from Mr. Billy and Mrs. Cathy. They have always been very helpful and accommodating, and the campers have been nice and clean. Thank you!

Your kind words are heart warming. Thank you for the opportunities and your patronage.

We have rented an RV from Amerian Dream Vacations, we have purchased an RV from American Dream Vacations and now we are selling an RV with American Dream Vacations. That would pretty much entail every aspect of Customer Service. I will say without hesitation that I have had excellent customer service everytime I have worked with ADV. The three people that we have worked with directly are Kurt, Billy and Trish. If you are looking to rent, purchase or sell and RV I highly, highly recommend American Dream Vacations!

Please accept our apologies for your sub-par experience. We would like to know more so that we can use this information to improve.

We have rented several times from American Dream Vacations in Boerne, and have had a great experience every time. I love that we can pick our rental based on our needs. Just my wife and I for a weekend? Small travel trailer. Taking the grandsons for a week? A bigger trailer with a bunkhouse. And the rental is always fully explained so we get the best use out of it.

I am still waiting for a response from your management regarding my refund request. We rented an RV and had a tire blown out. The towing company has pointed out that the tires were not in good condition for driving.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. Was this related to your rental fourteen months ago in Utah? That individually owned location closed in October of 2017. I would be happy to discuss this further when you have time. Tony Franklin 830-981-8835.

We rented an RV over Christmas a couple of years ago. When we went to pick it up, we had to wait for them to finish their make-ready. When we returned there was a hubcap missing. We were charged $250 to replace one hubcap and felt like this was a money grab. We were sorry this worked out the way it did as we like to rent rv's for our birding trips to south Texas.

We are sorry that you had a less than perfect experience. Part of our business involves inventorying items and condition when a vehicle is picked up. Unfortunately if the stainless wheel simulator was missing when you returned, we have to replace it. I know these are expensive and truly wish that we had a less expensive alternative but in this case it must match the remaining three wheel simulators. We sincerely hope that you will give us a chance to meet/exceed your expectations in the future.
