RV had damaged water tank which was not discovered until the next morning. 5 adults spent three days and nights without any water, washing or toilet facilities. Wasted 1 day and 1 night of our holiday undergoing repairs. Only compensation was a refund of one day rental. Nothing for the inconvenience or upset. Travelled from England for this holiday and it is NOT a good advertisement for your country. Will Not be using this company again and will warn anyone else against using them. We do have friends in the U. S. and they will also warn against using this firm.

I had a decent experience until....
I had a decent experience until I brought the trailer back and was accused of swapping out propane tanks. I assured them it didn't happen but they didn't believe me and wouldn't let it go. Just by luck, I took a picture of the trailer and my truck when I was leaving that showed the original propane tank matching what I brought back, otherwise I would've been out honest money because of their incompetence! Turns out they rented out a trailer with a propane tank that was 10 YEARS past it's certified life. VERY scummy situation. They didn't offer anything for my trouble or to make me happy, so I will never go back and I haven't been quiet about telling friends about what happened, screw em!

Louis and Trenton were very helpful and professional. They walked me through every detail and function of the RV. The RV drove great and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Hats off to your employees. We will return!

Fake Customer Service and lies
Trailer had issues, only 28,000 miles on it. Got a flat.
Took over a month to process our deposit. Was told, “we’ll work with you on the extra day since we were late on your pick up”
They paid for the tire repair, but didn’t give us anything back on the deposit. They charged us full price on the “extra day” and the guy that called acted like he didn’t know anything. You talk to 4+ guys and they all don’t know what the next said.
I then get a call back the following day to nickel and dime me for $26 dollars after a toll.
I even tried helping them with reviews. I’ll be jumping back on their site and fb now to reassess my review after they only returned $200 of my deposit after all the patience i had w their crap!
They acted as if the road side service was a shock. They didn’t even carry the size wheel we needed. We had to pay out of pocket and wait “10 days” that actually took 30 f n days. F these guys.

Mr. Gonzales,
I would like to first apologize for the inconvenience you suffered with the motor home. It is always our hope that every customer go and come with nothing but fun in between.
Unfortunately, as with all things mechanical, this isn’t always the case.
All of our vehicle tires are thoroughly inspected and properly filled with the required air pressure prior to departure. We do this not only for the safety of our customers, but also to prevent all of the problems that may arise from a blowout or tire failure during a trip. The costs incurred on the road, for blown tires and assistance, are often far more expensive than that of a proper inspection and/or replacement of a tire while here on the lot. The last thing we would want is to have you or any of our customers upset or delayed due to oversight on our part.
Seeing as the blowout you experienced occurred in North Carolina and the vehicle only had 29,000 on it, I don't feel the failure was due to oversight.
Blowouts can be alarming and distressing to say the least and waiting for roadside assistance can become tiresome. I apologize for the response of the contracted service company. While it is not uncommon for any roadside assistance to take several hours especially during summer months with increased travel, there is absolutely no excuse for them to be rude to our mutual customers nor deny service on 16" rims. This is false as they are contracted with a network of shops around the US similar to AAA although, for larger vehicles. Rest assured that this has already been brought to their attention and addressed.
The deposit was not simply withheld but rather applied towards the additional 600 miles you drove and the additional extended night of rental. Prior to being withheld, we discussed this on the phone and you were in complete agreement. The remaining $275 was refunded back to your credit card.
It is not uncommon to receive toll bills weeks if not months after the violation. Because all of our vehicles are individually owned, we reach out to the renters to collect for the appropriate violation as the toll bills are received.
After the 3,600 miles trip, the only issues that were mentioned was the blowout and the rate at which the generator consumed propane.
We gave you a complimentary one night gift certificate good for the rental of any vehicle we offer which is valued up to $500 depending on the vehicle you choose.
Your business is much appreciated.

American Dream Vacations deceitful business practices
American Dream Vacations is now claiming that a window blind over the dining table was damaged during our rental. I pointed out that the blind was not working when I returned the vehicle with no other damage and had not been working since we picked up the vehicle. It appears they may be employing a business tactic of charging rental customers damage deposits for normal wear and tear of vehicles in an effort to make maintenance improvements at rental customers expense.

All of our rentals are video inspected with the participation of the customer at the time of pickup. This same process is completed at the time of return to avoid discrepancies.
Some of the most common interior areas of damage are in the cab over bunks or hallway bunk beds due to passengers climbing in and out of the bunk areas. Many times, the damage goes unnoticed by other on-board passengers.
All of our vehicles are individually owned and we are under contract to ensure these vehicles are properly taken care of. We are not in the business of nickle and dime-ing anyone as we would much prefer your repeat business but should any damages occur while on rental, it is our obligation to charge and repair these items.
We would be happy to clarify any concerns and address any doubts you may have. Please contact the Albuquerque branch to resolve the matter.
Your business is much appreciated.
