With this tour you don't waste any time and cover a lot of ground each day. We are in our early 40's and very healthy and active and I tell you after about day 3 or 4 we were tired. Had a few older folks sit out on a few activities to rest up. Save the majority of your money for shopping at the end of the tour in Jerusalem. They have most everything you are seeing and you can bargain so you get better prices with more choices. That was hard for me to do so I had a few purchase regrets once I got to Jerusalem when realized I could have gotten a better deal. It is an Amazing tour and our tour guide Tamar was very friendly and informative. So thank you "Todah" American Israel Tours, we will use you again in the future.

This was the first time we decided to go with a tour when we travel. Overall it's a great experience to add knowledge in a place with full of history. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable, fun to bring the group to laugh. Having to be in the bus sometimes can be dizzy to me but the bus is very nice, clean, and driver drove smoothly. On the other hand, what threw us off was the first two days of the hotel picks were pretty bad. My husband had confirmed upon booking based on the reviews in the hotels. AIT did mention there's no rating hotel in Israel, the hotels may look rundown but they have been updated the room and they will give us the updated one. AIT was fair enough to offer us a refund if we'd choose to stay in the different hotel. But we decided to stay with the tour to avoid the complication. But when we got there, again the first two hotels were really disappointment. We even tried to moved to but they both are the same. Being there for a quick stop specially on the first night, we understood but we think AIT should consider to pick a better one. Buffet was great at the beginning but if it's for ten days, I think a little too much. Specially for a foodie like me. I'd love to try the local food. I know it's a little bit hard to arrange 20-30 people to eat but it's such a great perks if your tour offer such a thing. I know it's our choice of course to skip the included buffet and go for your own cost of dinner but it'll be a great idea if AIT could combine instead of breakfast-dinner buffet. Would we consider taking another tour for our next trip? Maybe not but if the frictions are completely fixed why not!

This was the most amazing trip that I have ever experienced. The guides were all excellent and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great trip back into biblical times. Awesome!

This was a trip of a lifetime! Pros: Three countries, major sites, so much history! The AIT Co was great to work with. Answered all our questions. Everything was planned for you, hotels, transfers, itinerary. Easy and stress free. The guides are top notch! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All answered our 50 million questions with grace and patience. The buses were comfortable and hotels were great. Itinerary was full and well organized. I highly recommend the Mt Sinai climb if you are physically able. It's a must! Take the camel up, wear layers, take cash for the coffee shops along the way. It's worth the trip! Cons: Itinerary was full and felt rushed at times. There are some places I could have skipped and spent more time in others. Example: I could have skipped Coptic Egypt and spent more time at the pyramids and museum. I could have skipped a sit down lunch and had a boxed lunch, and spent more time at Petra. Would have liked to have been prepared for Mt Sinai. It was a wonderful adventure that I would not have changed. A highlight for me personally. I would have liked to know that the hotel was more like a motel to rest only. For a hotel in the middle of the dessert, it was great. So I can understand that it was not as luxurious. Not a problem, just a heads up would have nice. It served its purpose, a place to shower since we were up all night with the hike. One last thing. AIT does a great job at preplanning tips. Be prepared with more cash to tip others. In Egypt in particular, more people would help you so then you feel obligated to tip. I get it, it's their lively hood. It's just awkward if you are not prepared. Overall great trip, great tour company, great guides.

I had a great time in Israel, Egypt and Jordan. The beauty of Petra, the pyramids in Egypt and the biblical sites in Israel are something everyone should experience. Noam was great, he helped me organize my tour and he made sure the tour was a success. I highly recommend America Israel Tours and I can't wait to visit again.

Next year I'll be back with a group of my friends for the next trip.

We felt safe at all times. We had a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. She knew all about the Christian sites and could talk about them from a Jewish perspective. We read from the Bible and prayed together. Our group became very close. We saw as much as we could possibly see in a week. It was great.
