That's very awesome because I have also getting tired of being poked blood from these fingers and it is very pain full . I get reference from my neighbour to purchaser the sensor with nightrider device of blucon it is a CGM that monitors our activities continuously all day and night and in this you have to calibrate only one time for starting this device . It is very helpful in monitoring the food that we consume without knowing that what amount of sugar it has in it so it help me to balance my sugar level by posting in food insight option that it has to post a meal picture every time you had a meal and it shows a graph where my glucose level goes up to eat that particular food.

I also tried 2-3 CGM systems but after few time they gave me lots of issues and also too much expensive for me then i switch to blucon real-time cgm system and it is budget friendly as compare to the DEXCOM and other CGM systems.

I have been using Night Rider from Ambrosia Systems since FIVE years and it is still flawlessly working. Although I have purchased few more Night Riders to use with Libre14 Days and Libre US also as initial version of Night Rider didn't support latest version of sensor. I also connected with customer care several times and they response pretty fast if I give log and write the scenario appropriately.

I bought the Blucon in December and although it was difficult to connect at first, I was able to get it connected and everything was fine. Sometimes there would be a few hours where the sensor would not detect the readings until suddenly my new Libre 2 sensor broke. I thought it was a fluke so I waited a while (I couldn't risk my sensor breaking while I was at work or something) and when I had a few days of vacation I tried the Blucon again. This time it broke, two new sensors in a row. One of them was not even active for 3 hours. This was a serious problem for my health as I suddenly ran out of sensors and had to go back to the traditional finger blood glucometer. After all this, a few days ago I decided to give it one last chance. At first it stops working for a few hours (in one of them I had a severe hypoglycemia when I could not see what my reading was) and finally the sensor breaks. When I contact technical service, they don't help me. They tell me that no one has ever had that problem. They just tell me not to scan with my LibreLinkApp (when the website says it can be used without a problem) and to change the battery in the Blucon. They are playing with people's health and not helping customers when they have a problem. They won't even give me the claim form, after requesting it.

I am type1 diabetic & its hard to manage my diabetes without CGM.In early stage of diabetes I am using the libre sensor with reader but its monthly costing is quite expensive for me so i choose libre pro sensor with blucon nightrider & getting blood glucose readings on phone without scanning in affordable price. Thanks to Ambrosia.

Ambrosia’s service is not even worth this one star. Their customer service is pathetic. I bought the blucon devoce that is suppose to be waterproof, I use their plaster supplied to me and water proof plaster and water still got into the devices, within less than 2 weeks the battery was flat, replaced it and the same happened. What was Ambrosia’s response? Replace battery and dry device with a drier. I have asked for a refund but they keep talking around the issue. Really arogant staff. They happily take your money but when issues arise they give you silly answer or ignore your messagesz

This product is garbage. Just terrible. The readings are highly inaccurate, the arm band does not stay on and customer service is abysmal. Just abysmal. Such a waste of money.

I purchased the Nightrider Blucon in Aug 2022. I've had T1 diabetes since 1978 & have used many tech products along the way to improve control. Don't waste your money on this one: read the reviews here & Google. Hardware issues: numerous, starting with high battery consumption combined with a battery cap that is VERY difficult to remove. They've known about the battery cap issue for a long time (even sending an extra cap in the original packaging b/c they know you'll break it within weeks), yet they refuse to re-design it. Software issues: too numerous to catalog here, I became convinced it was making my control WORSE not better. Poor re-connection algorithm; graphing (Wear OS) is nearly illegible on the watch; must press 3 buttons on the watch to see a reading, etc etc etc. I've asked for a refund many times within days of getting the device, but Ambrosia refuses to answer that question but has no problem asking me to try and endless stream of software upgrades rather than doing proper software testing themselves.
