I ordered another ring for one of my relatives 2 months ago but didn't recieved yet.

Avoid this company like the plague , product was returned to them unopened by Royal Mail over a month ago, they have not refunded and won’t even reply to me. You have been warned ! Update : It’s now 3rd July and they have offered to post it back to me, so they do have they package back. I said I already told them multiple times I want a refund , now we are back to no response again ! Final update : 4th July They finally fixed this, sent refund and promised to improve the experience for customers . Hopefully this will be the case. At least they eventually sorted this out .
