Absolute joke - pre-ordered last year - ring sizers came in May 2026 with the ring arriving (after chasing) about a month after. Ring arrived - looked nice, App didn't work. datapoints not coming from the ring to my phone, some did, others did not. App kept crashing. I sent all log files to Ambrosia in an effort to help them diagnose the issue. I heard nothing. After a week of no contact (and well aware of their imposed 14 day return policy) I clearly stated that the ring/app did not work - I didn't want it and would like to start the refund process. Again, no response. Another chase email sent 2 weeks after before I got in touch with the Credit Card company to make a chargeback. Credit card company refunded the money. Over a month and Ambrosia finally responded simply telling me that the app is now fixed. I had already told them that I wasn't accepting the ring, it is boxed up and ready for return at their expense. Another month has passed and they have said:
'All the issues you listed were resolved a long time ago, we are quite surprised that you decide not to use the device.'
I've told them once again that it's here, collect it or send a pre-paid envelope.
I would not use, recommend or give Ambrosia Systems the time of day. Poor product, poor app, incredibly poor commuications.

Customer Contact Is Terrible, Website Is Amateurish
Ordered a RIZZ Ring on Aug 10, 2026, at a considerable dollar amount. Checked my order 'Status' every day, and the only status information they have is 'Processing' which conveys negligible insight. Around August 20, out of the blue, I received a very nice ring 'sizing kit' in the mail. You might expect the website Status might have updated to 'Sizing Kit Sent', but you would be wrong. The 'Status' still read 'Processing'. After completing the size selection, they rely on the customer sending an email to contact-at-ambrosiasystems . . . with the order number, size, and color selections in the Subject line. So you rely on email to specify the product details you are ordering. Again, as a customer expectation, you would expect at least a confirming email response from the company. You would again be disappointed. Maybe I could check the Status on the website. Again, disappointment; the 'Status' still shows 'Processing' when it should be something akin to 'Ring Size Received'. So I have no Idea whether or not Ambrosia Systems even got the email with the size/color information! No email response, no website acknowledgement. It is now September. I am still totally in the dark about what is going on with my RIZZ Ring order other than my credit card has been charged $300+ US, and all I have to show for that expenditure is a set of plastic sizing rings. If I receive the actual ring from Ambrosia Systems, I will update this review, but based on my experience with their amateurish website and customer contact experience, my expectations for how this RIZZ ring will perform - assuming I actually get it - are pretty near zero at this point.
UPDATED 19 Sep 26:
Ring arrived today. No email alerts or 'Tracking Info Alert' preceded the arrival.
Charged the ring to full, then went into the app to see what this $300+ 'Smart Ring' would do. My expectations based on the experience I described in my original review were fully met - by that I mean to say the ring I purchased from a lesser-known company for a smidge over $100 runs circles around this 'Rizz' POC. I 'messaged' Ambrosia via their weird website to cancel my order three weeks ago, and as usual, that message went into Ambrosia's black hole. It came in today's post.
This RIZZ ring purports - as per the application - to report Sleep, Stress, Activity [Steps], HRV, Glucose, Heart Rate, Skin Temp, and Oxygen. After several hours of wearing the RIZZ, steps indicate zero. Oxygen is at 91% [Finger Oximeter is around 97%]. Heart Rate reports a believable 70 BPM. My skin Temp reports 75.2 - AKA Room Temp of a corpse - yet I am still alive. Of course, any Glucose number [115 mg/dL] is a simulated fiction, as there is no measurement technique that the sensors on this ring can use to estimate actual Blood Glucose.
There is no 'Take an instant Measurement' of anything - my $100+ ring does that, including taking a single-lead ECG that matches what I get using my medical-grade Kardia device, with an actual medical-grade ECG Chart display. And my $100+ ring comes with a charging CASE that has a lid, and magnetic attachment points, and colors that indicate a charging state [red, green]. $300+ ring has a charging TRAY with a white light.
As I can expect no effective interaction between myself and Ambrosia, I have decided that I have been effectively scammed by a very polished outfit.
I would prefer to return it [I already tried to cancel the order] and get a refund from Ambrosia [like with Amazon], but I am pretty sure there would be many roadblocks to put a stop to that process. So I am going to treat this as a very expensive lesson learned. I would donate the POC 'Smart' ring, but my account information is linked to this ring hardware, so that is out. Into a tied-up plastic garbage bag it goes, to be dumped in our local landfill.
That is my experience and my review. BTW, the $100+ ring I got was that company's 'top tier' ring [not $300+] - and it does an astonishingly good job of giving an ECG exam on demand, although the Step-Counter function gives a count that is too high by a factor of 2 or 3. Their run-of-the-mill rings were $80 or so. The company's website was just a tad more informative than Ambrosia's, but they did deliver the ring in about 3 weeks from somewhere in China. Their company's name includes the name of a furry creature if you should care to look into it.

Worst Company Ever
I would not select ANY stars if it were possible. This was the worst experience - and it is still continuing as I write the review. Here's the short of the story: I purchased the Rizz ring on March 18, 2026. The company was very quick to debit the money from my account, but took forever to send me the ring. And they sent it AFTER I requested for them to cancel my order. I received the ring (the second color choice was received) with no explanation of the color choice and NO USER MANUAL include. I tried the ring out for a few days thinking it would somewhat accurately my glucose - even if it were in the ballpark. The app was very difficult to use and I found myself having to refresh the app just to get any type of updated reading. I reached out to the company for return instructions. I did what they told me, but I also requested a delivery receipt and signature on pick up from USPS. Once I saw that it was picked up, I reached out to the company requesting my refund. Nothing. I kept reaching out and they finally said the ring had been picked up and to "expect a refund to the bank account within 5 - 7 days." As of June 15, 2026, NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I have sent the company email after email requesting a refund and there has not been a reply since the "expectation" email dated May 21. I have since filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau and will see what that brings. Next step will be to head to the bank to dispute this charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are horrible to deal with and have the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with.

If I could give a minus star I would
If I could give a minus star I would. Probably the worst company to deal with. I ordered the Rizz ring in August 2025.. I have still not received it. Only got an email about 3 weeks ago notifying me that they need more money for shipping. I already paid for shipping and it is not my problem if their logistics department does not know what they are doing. Also after reading all of the other complaints about them, why would I send them more money??? Either ship my ring or refund me. But emails get ignored! They are basically scamming everyone. They should be shut down permanently.
EDIT: It has now been another 7 days and still no reply via email or on here.
Order #246553 was placed on August 15, 2025 and is currently Processing. I want a refund now!

Since August of 2025
I preordered a Rizz ring in August of 2025, #246565. I received a sizing kit in September 2025 which I sent in the day after receiving it. On September 30, 2025, I received an email saying “Your RIZZ will now be ready November 15, 2025.
Since then, I’ve received 2 emails saying my ring will be shipping soon. On February 16, 2026, I received an email saying that they were out of black and silver color Rizz rings and could they ship me a Gold color ring. I replied any color would be fine. I’ve not heard back since.
Ridiculous.

RIZZ RING SCAM
The rizz ring ordered but not yet received.
Its been more than 4 months now.
No response from customer care to emails. Messages etc.
When I opened case with PayPal. They immediately replied that they have gold color available but I hadn't approved and they created a shipping label on UPS to delay the PayPal case.
This is scam company. Keep away
Response from Ambrosia SystemsMar 26, 2026
Dear Sir,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few points regarding your order.
Your RIZZ was delivered on February 16, 2026. The shipment was processed only after receiving your confirmation to proceed with the available color option. Prior to shipping, you were also offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund, which you chose not to pursue.
Our records also indicate that the ring has been successfully set up and is in use. That said, we regret any frustration caused during the process, particularly around communication and timelines.
If you need any assistance or have further concerns, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.
