A highly professional and skilled team of Visa and Passport experts. I would highly recommend Ambassador Passport to anyone seeking passport services. Everyone in our family uses APVS. We travel frequently and a times to Visa challenged areas in the globe. Don't let the appearances fool you, these women are the best of the best!

They were hard to contact to make an appointment and ask questions. Once I finally made the initial connection, the service was good. Since I had never used their services, I expected more, but it was adequate and I received my visa as promised.

Excellent service professional and courteous prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great service.

We have used Ambassador several times. Each of the last two times the company has returned our passports to us missing visas for one of the countries we needed for our trips and for which we had paid hundreds of dollars. We did get a refund but it was very subpar service and in one instance put us in a precarious time crunch. Will likely not use again although we travel constantly and need a reliable service.

Honestly I have used them for many years now, and I have only good things to say about the folks at Ambassador. The place is obviously busy because of the good reputation they’ve built for themselves, but they are kind, courteous and most importantly you can depend on them to get it done in a professional timely manner.

I needed the process to proceed quickly as a trip to China came up suddenly. Everything went as promised and expediently as I live in HI and had to rely on your services to walk it through the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles. Thank you for all your help!
