Amazing Staff! I Couldn't Have Done It Without Them!
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Seattle biometrics offices were closed, and I was at a loss on what to do to get my biometrics appointment scheduled. On a whim, I called Ambassador Passport and Visa Services to see if they could offer any advice (after calling and emailing everybody within the UK visa offices and VFS Global websites with no luck). Ladan with Ambassador was the first person I spoke to who was able to give me a definitive answer regarding office closures and helped me get an appointment scheduled at the nearest office. She did this with no expectation of me using their company. After I decided to utilize the experts at Ambassador, she worked really hard with me to get my visa expedited with the changing regulations due to COVID and managed to get my passport back to me quicker than expected. She answered all of my questions and put up with all of my panicked phone calls. Thank you so much, Ladan, and everyone else at Ambassador Passport and Visa Services.
