I deal with Ambassador Passport quite a bit processing Passports and Visa's for employees. I absolutely enjoy working with Ladan. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She makes what can be a completed process easy and stress free. She is AMAZING!

The only reason for 3 stars is that I was quoted a different price over the phone than what I actually paid. I called them to inquire about this price hike and was given an explanation but one that should of been told to me on the initial phone conversation. Other than that, my passport was expedited to me in a timely fashion.

Working for a large studio it is not uncommon to hear 'oops, my passport expires in a week' or require an emergency visa for someone traveling in 2 days. With that said, it is imperative that processing of these documents happen quickly and effortlessly for employees and talent. We have been working exclusively with Ladan and Cris for all our South African location needs and they are unequivocally the best. We can honestly say there has never been a problem and they continually display patience and grace under pressure. We confidently recommend AMBASSADOR and encourage anyone to visit them for their passport and visa needs.
