Buying and selling of products I bought a powerbank 2k cheaper than jumia.

We bought a bin from Amazon which came from a company called Caoxuzhe. The bin was described as wood grain and cost £10. When it arrived it was squashed unusable plastic and really poor quality. In order to return it I have had to print a returns label and PAY for postage when I complained to Caoxuzhe the response was you can have a 30% refund or if you insist on returning the bin you can have a refund when we receive the bin. We're happy to return the bin we just object to paying for postage the return label should be free. Amazon have been no help what so ever

Amazon is a choice of convenience, but they're really awful to be honest. I hate Amazon with a passion! But, I always go back for the convenience and low prices. I'm addicted and I hate myself.
