Its my go to just because I rely on it for next day delivery for last minute stuff. Been customer for more than 20 years. And prime member for 15 years. Even yesterday spent £450 nearly on gadgets because of prime sale. But there service is going rubbish. Their delivery is worse. Sometimes prime takes longer than week. So whats point of prime? Then the issues with totally lost parcel because of rubbish workers. And customer service dont even know to speak English. But other that Amazon is good.

Amazon is epic platform to starting the own business and B2B and B2C . E-commerce platform is rating is high . It's trusted e-commerce platform.

Why is Amazon asking me to pay for shipping and handling fees today after I have paid my Prime monthly fees???

Falsches Lieferdatum. Extra wegen des angezeigten schnelleren Liefertermins fur das netbook prime gebucht. Wollte das im Chat klären. Musste dafür die Amazon App laden. Dort kein Chat zu finden. Guter Kundendienst bei amazon nur dann, wenn etwas im Mainstream läuft. Habe dadurch nach langer Zeit ebay wiederentdeckt. Erstklassige Kommunikationsmoglichkeiten, was doch vieles erleichtert.

I recently bought a monitor on Amazon, it was marked as A rated for energy consumtion. Little did I know this was on the old classification and and when it arrived it was rated F. I would not have considered it with that rating so until Amazon get all the ratings for outside sellers corrected I would reccomend checking the manufacturers website. I kept the monitor because after speaking to the seller, I was satisfied it was not their fault. I wrote a review for Amazon but it may not have been accepted by them as it was critical of them. Further to this review I have been contacted by Amazon Sellers Group and asked to take down my review as they are not Amazon. If they read the review carefully they will notice the product was bought from an outside seller (I don't know if they belong to this group) but if they would like send me a pdf of all their sellers at this time 12-04-2022, I will correct the review and place it elsewhere. If it turns out this company belongs to their group I see the review as valid,since it only criticizes Amazon and excuses the seller.
