I Ordered my first pair of altra. Tried them for a whole month. I had the impression that they were too big. I initiated a return. The response was prompt and I was given an RMA# to return the shoes. I went to REI to try other sizes/styles on, found what I was looking for and returned to order direct from Altra.

The Altra Olympus 3 feels like walking on marshmallows! Hard to tell whether you're are walking on soft pine needles or sharp pointy rocks. Loving them. Went with the Olympus 3 primarily because they were recommended by a knowledgeable clerk in an outdoor store as a good choice for my high volume feet. Great recommendation!
