Altra Federal Credit UnionReviews of altra.org

Great customer service & the staff is always friendly, they even a treat for my dog! So much better and faster than any bank I've used. Love my Altra Credit Union. They always save me money on credit card fees or loans. Why go anywhere else!

I recently moved all of my accounts over to Altra. The experience was seamless and very efficient. Every employee who has helped me has been extremely helpful.

I was new to Minnesota, and when all other banks treated me as if I was just another client, the staff of the Rochester, MN Altra Federal Credit Union treated me as if I were a part of the family. This is something I appreciated, and respected. The staff treated me with courtesy and respect; were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options and helped direct me to the best options I had to choose from.

Colleen was the best. I contacted Altra due to an online ad and was so happy I did. I was looking to purchase a motorcycle and she helped me learn all my options. I was able to pay cash (borrowed from Mom) for the bike and then send them the title and get a post-purchase loan for the same rate. I wish they had branches in GA so I could do more banking with them.

We were new to the area and did not know which financial facility we wanted to use. We read reviews on multiple facilities and decided to go with Altra. Once at the facility, we were put in contact with one of the finest representatives we have ever dealt with. His name was Michael Newman. This young man made it a point to make sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. Thank you Altra for hiring wonderful representatives.

Call Kate Walz , she is the best

I just opened an account with Altra and they where very helpful and understanding. I would recommend anyone to this bank. I see my self here for a long time to come.

Horrible. Stolen money from my account due to incompetence
