I reached out after placing an order due to my discount not applying to my cart correctly. I received a response quickly, letting me know the order had been canceled, allowing me to repurchase right away with the discount.

After receiving my order 1 of the 5 bottles had opened and leaked out. I sent them an email that evening, they responded that next morning, I had a tracking # the following day for the replacement. I couldn’t have paid for better customer service. And to top it off the fragrances was all on point. I have the authentic of each one and the dups did not disappoint!!!

I’ve tried other fragrance companies and I have been disappointed every time. I found A.L.T on Social Media. I have purchased from A.L.T. a few times. I have never been disappointed with my purchases. The fragrances smell great and they are long lasting. It’s a quality product at a great price. You won’t be disappointed.
