I ordered 5 fragrances(5 for $150) from ALT Fragrances under Order #ALT2810604 on Apr 5th 2026, including Agar Gold, Reality, Exec Cologne, Crystal Intense, and Executive. I decided to try this brand after seeing so many positive reviews online, which made the disappointment even worse. This has been one of the most disappointing fragrance purchases I’ve made. None of these perfumes last more than 10–15 minutes on skin or clothing. The projection is extremely weak, so much that even people standing close to me could barely notice any scent at all. For a company that heavily advertises “long-lasting” fragrances and premium quality, the actual product performance is nowhere close to what is promised. What makes the experience even worse is the return policy. Instead of offering proper refunds for clearly unsatisfactory products, they only offer exchanges or store credit. That makes no sense when the core issue is the poor quality of the fragrances themselves. Why would a customer want to exchange for more products from the same company after such a bad experience? Spending $150 on 5 fragrances that perform worse than cheap body sprays is unacceptable. The marketing sounds great, but the actual product quality and customer satisfaction policy are extremely disappointing. I would not recommend these fragrances to anyone looking for quality, longevity, or fair customer service.

I am a repeat customer and on receipt of my last order, one item was missing. I contacted them thru their email and I got an immediate response they would make it right. So appreciative there are still good companies out there.

I wasted $100 on the 3 pack deal. Totally dissatisfied with the product and would not recommend it. Plus I can't return it for monetary reimbursement. What a scam!

The fragrances are excellent in quality. The prices are reasonable. I would pefer to have all of the fragrances in the larger size bottles, 3.3 or larger

The three bottle packag for $99.00 To my surprise, one bottle was simply larger than the other two. I'll never do business with ATL again.

Customer service took care of me when I showed my bottle was damaged and leaking. Nozzle wouldn’t screw shut so they offered to replace it which is why I will continue to shop with them.

Received 4 bottles of ALT Fragrance and one bottle was broken when delivered. Wrote email to customer service and within a few hours Customer Service responded apologizing for the damaged product and immediately sent out a replacement bottle. Outstanding service!!
