Great smelling cologne. Crystal 23 is indeed a strong smelling extrait de perfume!

I was sent an incorrect order. I contacted support and after sending them photos and order number I could never get a response back. I waited a few days and sent a new request to support with all of the needed information. The issue was resolved immediately.

The company was quick with a response to my email. Solved my issue promptly. Ordering was easy.

Lucas, my customer service representative went above and beyond what I expected after my order arrived with a bottle that had leaked due to a loose spray cap. He sent me a replacement bottle after reading my concern and seeing my documented photo. That is what I consider great customer service! I love the fragrance also. I will definitely purchase again in the future.

It wasn't, again no fault of theirs. The support rep was very kind, is allowing me to return and pick something else. All 3 products that I bought was identically to the original product. I have all the original versions and cant really tell the difference. With the Lelabo another 13 I actually like the ALT version better.
