The first one I got; has a gold color cap, the scent lasted longer (perfect). On my second purchase I got two, the have a silver color cap, they leak (one of the bottles is almost empty and I haven’t even use it) the scent doesn’t last and it’s not the same scent (SCAM).

The customer service was really great. I received my perfume, it was leaking, I notified customer service, they immediately responded less than 24 hrs, they apologized and will send a replacement.

Easy to deal with and fast shipping. I emailed them about a shipping issue and they responded in about an hour and had the problem sorted out that same day. Great support.

I had received an order 4 days ago. I opened it and sat it down on my vanity and it slipped and the whole top busted out and my new bottle was ruined and spilled. I emailed ALT support and included a picture, it fell from a 3-4 inch shelf onto the main table of the vanity. With in 12 hours I received an order confirmation and then an email stating they wanted to ensure I was able to enjoy my order so they completely replaced it! Was amazed by the quickness and the kindness of the support team!!!! Thank you

The sales rep at The Woodlands Mall (TX) made our shopping and purchasing experience the best ever! The products are Amazing and so was she!

They claim these are replicas, but they don’t smell anything like the originals. It’s hard to explain, but the fragrances just smell off. One of the colognes actually reminded me of Pine-Sol floor cleaner, while another smelled overwhelmingly like alcohol instead of the scent it was supposed to imitate. Several were advertised as sweet fragrances, but none of them had any sweetness at all. I had high hopes, but these were a huge disappointment. I’d much rather spend the extra money on the original fragrances because these simply aren’t worth it.

I love ALT Fragrances!! My favorites are Crystal and Duchess. I get so many compliments, and it's usually from people that think I'm actually wearing Baccarat Rouge or Delina. They are amazing dupes!!! Thank you ALT Fragrances for making such beautiful scents that I can actually afford to wear!! I've been a client for many years and will be for many more.
