All and all a great company ! Had an issue with my last order , no fault to ALT , courier issue but they stepped up and took care of it ! So great smell and great customer service! What else could you want ?

I am so pleased with Alt. With the hot heat and humidity the tops of my order came loose and leaked out. I let customer service know about the issues and they sent me two new bottles no charge! They were so kind and helpful. I am so grateful for such wonderful customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and again!

I signed in with an app that had an old address for me. Well, I did not catch it when I ordered. I emailed ALT support and it was fixed with my new address.

One of my fragrances got broken when it was being shipped and they replaced it no problem. I have many fragrances from Alt and I love every one of them. They also have wonderful customer service

I unfortunately have not had a great experience with ALT Fragrances. I placed an order mid August that I have never received. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I have gotten little to no response, no offer for a refund and no store credit. I wrote a one star review on their website (twice) and they removed both. I have had to pursue opening a dispute on the credit card because I have gotten no where with trying to work directly with ALT. I am so disappointed with them- buyers please be cautious.

Upon receiving my order with multiple items I discovered that one of the bottles had a leak and although it was minimal and clearly it was in the shipping process, I contacted the customer service and they immediately responded and replaced the leaking bottle and shipped the replacement bottle within 24 hours. Service this good in today’s market conditions shows that they believe the customer is still the most important person in their business. Great customer service and great product Definitely recommend

I inquired about changing an item in my order and was very surprised how fast the issue was addressed. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely amazing I was nervous at first because I received my order and the top was leaking however I emailed the company they emailed me immediately back and offered a refund no issues no games no runaround definitely an amazing company will use them again in the future
