Fantastic customer service and responded quickly. Great timely shipping and the product is fantastic to boot!

Despite being awesome fragrances, my last order on of my bottles came leaking “hot weather” so I emailed them about my situation & sent the a picture. Not even 24 hours later I got a response saying they are very sorry & that my replacement bottle was on its way no questions asked! A+ customer service & fragrances would highly recommend

"I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service. I highly recommend this site, they have similar dupes—I got the City of Stars dupe and it's the exact same thing. They are attentive, available, and responsive to customers. If I could give 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate."

I had a problem with one of my orders, but they quickly resolved it and as of now I’m satisfied with customer service . Respectfully Everest

My order was returned due to an error in the shipping address and the customer service team got right on it and immediately processed a replacement order with no questions no jumping through hoops, just prompt and exceptional customer service and support. It’s these type of services that make and keep customers! Thank you!

The customer service helped me within minutes of my email and the products smell great

This product lasted one hour and advertised as long lasting, even outlasting the name brand. They should be reported for false advertising. I think I will make that report.

The fragrance entitled “Queen” is absolutely captivating! Long lasting fragrance! What a Bold, sexy, beautiful and elegant fragrance 10000000000 out of 10 Definitely a must buy
